Shipping policy

Domestic:

Standard Delivery — £4.99 Available on all UK orders. Orders placed before 1:30pm are dispatched the same day via trusted UK couriers.

Free Standard Delivery — Orders Over £300 Spend over £300 and Standard Delivery is automatically free at checkout — no code needed.

Express Delivery — £9.99 Prioritised next-day delivery. Available on all UK orders regardless of order value. Orders must be placed before 1:30pm for same-day dispatch.

Pallet Delivery (applicable to selected items such as rubber matting) Some large or heavy items require pallet delivery. Where applicable, a pallet delivery fee will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Dispatch Times All orders placed before 1:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

International: 

If you're lucky enough to live somewhere more exotic than the UK Mainland and wish to order from BlackBear, you're more than welcome to. I highly suggest you contact us for a shipping quote first as the website won't let you checkout overseas. If you reach out to us at Sales@blackbearfitness.co.uk one of the team will happily quote you within a couple hours and ensure your order is received and shipped/exported. 

Channel Islands / Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands: 

If you're located in one of these locations, again you're more than welcome to use BlackBear for your equipment needs. However you will likely have a small shipping price increase purely because we would experience higher costs too, we do not make any markup profit on shipping and we always use the best value service to keep our prices low for customers. Please email us at Sales@blackbearfitness.co.uk with the items you'd like and the shipping postcode, we'll happily arrange shipping for you.
