Standard UK delivery starts from £4.99, while express delivery is available from £9.99. Qualifying orders over £300 receive free standard UK delivery. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to process in-stock orders within one working day. Once your order has been collected by the courier, tracking information will be emailed to you. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, service selected and destination.

Large machines, racks and complete gym packages may arrive on a secure pallet. Unless installation has been arranged separately, delivery is made to the nearest safe and accessible delivery point. Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.

Keep the product and all packaging, then contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging, product and any damage. We’ll investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Yes. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Certain commercial products may include longer cover, which will be clearly stated within the individual product listing.

Our warranty covers confirmed manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. It does not normally cover general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper assembly or damage caused by incorrect handling.

Eligible online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. We also offer a 30-day returns promise. For change-of-mind returns made after the initial 14-day period, products must be unused, unassembled, complete and returned in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of change-of-mind returns. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, BlackBear will cover reasonable return costs and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Email sales@blackbearfitness.co.uk before returning anything. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue and photographs or a short video where relevant. Heavy equipment may require a specially arranged pallet collection.

Payment and finance options may be available at checkout, depending on your order and eligibility. Any finance agreement is subject to the provider’s approval, terms and conditions. The options available to you will be displayed before payment.
