About Us
Owner and Managing Director Anthony Youngs started BlackBear Fitness LTD because he believes that service, products and price shouldn't be one or the other. They're all as essential as one another.
That’s why in late 2020 he started his company alongside his day job as a Project Manager, with high ambitions but realistic expectations. The gym gods paid back the early efforts with an enormous level of growth and incoming business, facilitated by the current market demand but also mainly due to the sheer level of service, reliability and unbeatable pricing across the existing product lines.
Along the way and in a few short years, the business has grown from an idea, to a side hustle out of a spare bedroom, to taking over more bedrooms, to the garage, to the living room until after a few short months BlackBear's first business lease was signed on their current HQ, in Yaxley Peterborough.
Amassing a large and repeat customer base in East Anglia and surrounding areas for collections, thousands of national orders delivered via our express shipping services. Even delivering full gym solutions to Dubai, bars to Germany, racks to Kuwait and kit of all shapes and sizes to many other exotic locations.
