The Bow Bar is designed to give more range of motion and comfort to your lifts. Perfect for squats and bench press.

The main advantage of the curved bar is that it takes stress off the shoulders when performing squats. This is due to the hands being able to rest in a lower position compared to a traditional straight bar. This is very useful for athletes with shoulder injuries or anyone with less flexibility.
