Delivery Information

We aim to make receiving your BlackBear equipment as straightforward as possible. From smaller accessories to complete gym packages, every order is carefully prepared and sent using an appropriate tracked delivery service.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery is available from £4.99, with express delivery available from £9.99.

Qualifying orders over £300 receive free standard UK delivery. Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and Tracking

We aim to process in-stock orders within one working day. Once your order has been collected by the courier, we will email your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Orders containing several products may arrive in separate boxes or on different deliveries.

Heavy Equipment and Pallet Deliveries

Large machines, racks and complete gym packages may be delivered on a secure pallet. Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.

Unless installation or another service has been agreed separately, large-item deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible delivery point.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If something is damaged or missing, retain the packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Collection and Installation

Collection is available from BlackBear Fitness Ltd, 5–6 Discovery Park, Yaxley, PE7 3GX.

We also provide installation services for selected equipment and complete gym setups. Email your equipment list and postcode to sales@blackbearfitness.co.uk for a quotation.
