Ordered the modular rack with cable attachment, bumper plates, barbells, full set of dumbbells and associated storage for my home gym. The products are quite simply great. Great quality, look good and are reasonably priced compared to the larger classic fitness/weight brands. However, the best thing was that they personally delivered and assembled the kit for me within 48 hours of me ordering. All round, great product and service. Love that you speak to the decision makers so you get a real answer about the order and product.

Product was as described and top quality , had some issues with delivery but not Blackbears fault , poor courier . Blackbear rectified the problem immediately on notification of the issue . Would recommend using them
Brought these really cheap in a sale, turned up next day. All 3 pairs arrived safe and sound across 6 parcels.
Received our order over two delivery’s which was fine but was missing our bench that we ordered. I spoke with the team and they sincerely apologised even though it wasn’t their fault and sent a new one out immediately. Excellent service and the goods are great quality. Would order again.
