Product Summary

Our Cable Pulley Systems allows you to perform cable exercises from almost anywhere, and includes a free tricep Rope to get you started!

All you need is a bar or beam up high capable of supporting the weight you load on the system, and you're good to go.

The included Plate Loading Pin is suitable for Olympic (2-inch) Weight Plates, and also 1-inch / 25mm plates - this includes bumpers, tri grip plates etc.

Single Pulley System includes:

1x Pulley Wheel

1x Nylon Strap with metal hooks, 1x 1-inch/25mm Weight Plate Loading Pin, 3x Carabiners, 1x 2m Heavy Duty Cable & 1x Tricep Rope attachment

Dual Pulley System includes:

2x Pulley Wheels, 2x Nylon Straps with metal hooks, 2x 1-inch/25mm Weight Plate Loading Pins, 6x Carabiners, 2x 2m Heavy Duty Cables &1x Tricep Rope attachment
