Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri only. Orders placed over the weekend will leave us the next working day.

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all of our products come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. Many commercial pieces offer lifetime warranty but will specify this individually.

What is not covered under warranty?

Who covers the cost of returns?
