The barbell weighs 20kg and has a shaft diameter of 28mm stunning whip when lifting heavy. A 200,000psi tensile strength ensures the barbell can take years on end of heavy deadlifts.

**Please note these barbell is a specialist deadlift bar, you are not advised to drop this from over deadlift heights.
