The compact design makes it easy to fit in the smallest of areas, it's is also free standing and does not require bolting to a wall or the floor! 

With a 2:1 ratio the cables and pulleys gives a smooth feel and makes it easy to perform high pulley exercises, low pulley exercises. Literally dozens of different targeted training methods can be done on this that you couldn't do without the cable system.
