The Half-1 Home Squat Rack is great for compound movements such as bench press, squats and can be used for shoulder exercises, military press etc

Made from 60x60mm thick steel, a smaller and lighter rack but it'll still take an absolute punishment as we've not compromised on quality. You're not compromising any safety, features or ability buying this more eco priced rack.

1" diameter holes and 16 hole spaces to choose from for your J Cups / Spotters etc.

The Jcups and spotter arms have full plastic UHMW lining to protect your barbells.

If you'd like the add a landmine to this rack, please select the landmine from the options menu too. The rack comes with spotters as standard.
