The BlackBear Leg Curl and Extension machine is an ideal space saver, offering multi-functionality.

The backrest has 6 adjustment levels, and can be lowered into a horizontal/flat position, which allows you to perform lying leg curls. When in a vertical/upright position, the machine can be used for leg extensions and seated leg curls. The machine can also be used for Ab crunches!
