Train with confidence. Our Wooden Plyo Boxes are perfect for building explosive leg power with jumps, quad strength and endurance with step ups. Work your chest and arms whilst performing pushups of them, burpee over them too if you're crazy enough.

The box is constructed from high quality 18mm plywood and with a reinforced internal frame for a strong support. Able to withstand over 150kg jumps. 

Great for developing speed, strength and expolsive power.

Available in 3 options / sizes: 

18" x 16" x 12" mini, ideal for beginners or smaller athletes 

30" x 24" x 20" standard, the same size you'll see in most commercial gyms or CrossFit boxes etc.

30" x 24" x 20" non slip, the same as above however it has an enhanced coating to help even more so with your grip whilst landing your movements on the box.
