Train with confidence. Our Wooden Plyo Boxes are perfect for building explosive leg power with jumps, quad strength and endurance with step ups. Work your chest and arms whilst performing pushups of them, burpee over them too if you're crazy enough.

The box is constructed from high quality 18mm plywood and with a reinforced internal frame for a strong support. Able to withstand over 250kg jumps. 

Great for developing speed, strength and explosive power.
