The bar has 2 neutral hand positions and one angled grip which really helps to tuck your elbows in and isolate the triceps. Experienced lifters will appreciate giving their shoulders a break from the straight bar bench press which can be taxing on the shoulder joints, especially at very high weights. Strongman competitors will see the benefit of variety in grip set up to be prepared for unforeseen bench press variations in competition. Excellent for all types of pressing and rowing movements and can be used to increase or decrease range of motion. A great feature is the bar has knurled handles for grip when lifting. Designed for 2" Olympic weights. Fits most power racks.
