The Machine comes with dual 90kg weight stacks and a great feature is the smith bar connects to the stacks eliminating the need to load weight plates either end. Saving you a lot of effort and money on additional plates. 

The Smith Machine is ideal for building muscle with a lower risk of injury. Commercial-grade guide rails provide ultra-smooth and natural movement. Fitted with safe lock and release mechanisms and a safety catch, maximizing your lifts without a spotter. You can perform popular exercises including squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, shoulder press with the smith bar.

Engineered to transform from a depth of 120cm to as little as 60cm in less than 30 seconds without compromising exercise functionality. 

Heavy duty swivel pulleys on the front rack form an essential component of this machine. Multiple attachments (8 in total) included with this machine such as a Handles for Cable Crossovers, Lat Pull Down Bar, Narrow Grip Handle, Tricep Pulldown rope, Push Bar, Short bar, Ankle Strap.

The pull up bar has multiple grip options to choose from.

Select from 17 height adjustments on the uprights.

Pulley ratio is 2:1.
