BlackBear Monster Smith Rack / DAP

The brand new Monster rack packs a mighty punch. It is a multi-functional power rack with an integrated smith bar, cable pulley's with dual 120kg stacks and plenty of attachments to give you endless amount of workout options. 

The pulleys are top grade aluminum for a smooth and silent pull.

Ratio of the pulley's are 2:1.

The rack uprights are 75 x 75mm with 11-guage steel. Solid uprights which are commercial grade.

The smith machine has linear bearings and comes with safety catchers that lock into position, the bar is 20kg in weight.

Manufactured to precision, the 3 x 3" thick 11-gauge steel uprights ensure maximum stability. The 1" hole spacing allows you to set the desired height needed.

In addition to the above, the rack comes with:

- A pair of spotter arms with uhmw plastic lining

- Spotter arms when using the half rack

- 6 x weight plate holders to store Olympic weights

- Cable accessories: 2 x cable handles/tricep rope/narrow straight handle/long bar to attach to pulleys

- Integrated Band pegs for explosive lifts

- Landmine attachment

-Lat pulldown seat to attach to the front upright for performing lat pulldowns

-Low row footplate that attaches to front leg

-Monster J-Hooks with uhmw plastic lining
