FID Bench w/attachments

This is not your standard bench. The Extreme Utility FID Bench is a beast on its own but it also comes with 2 attachments: preacher curl and leg extension, curl add ons.

Made from strong 2 x 3" 11 gauge steel which offers exceptional stability, sturdiness and durability.

Features 7 different positions ranging from incline, flat and decline positions for lifts. The seat has 4 adjustable positions which makes this bench very versatile and quick and easy to adjust positions.

The pad is well cushioned (5cm thickness) to give you comfort when working out and the non slip vinyl coat is firm enough to support heavy weight.
