The BlackBear Light Speed Weight Sled, with pulling harness.
This sled is ideal for building explosive strength, often seen in strongman and rugby training. Weight plates can be added to the centre of the sled to increase the load and resistance!
Product details:
Suitable for use on most terrains (gym track, outside).
Harness is included with the sled for weighted sled pulls. Comfortable shoulder pads included on the harness.
10 metre / 15 metre ropes can be added as an optional extra!
