Made from 11-guage steel to provide a fully secure and stable position/no movement when lifting. 12 back positions to choose from -10 for decline, 0 (flat) to 85 degrees and 5 seat positions which allow for multi exercises. The bench is made from heavy duty 2 x 3" steel tubing which makes it very stable.
The seat is fully adjustable and you can slide the bench back or forward to close the gap between the backpad. The 5cm/2" thick cushion padding gives you a firm and comfortable feel and the vinyl upholstery ensures durability.
Wheels and handle are attached to allow easy transportation and movement.
