Warranty

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Certain commercial products may include longer cover, which will be clearly stated within the individual product listing.

What is covered?

The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. It does not normally cover general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper assembly or damage caused by incorrect handling.

How to get help

Email our team with your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps. Please contact us before returning equipment so we can agree the appropriate arrangements.
