Adjustable Competition Kettlebell

I was a little skeptical with an adjustable bell.

Adjustable weight in the past have always let me down, usually feeling rattly and insecure.

I've had this for a few months now and have had no problems. Weight feels nice and secure and I don't have any worries of it falling apart.

Considering getting a second one already.

I bought the pair and it was so worth it. Easy weight change. Saves room in my small gym. No rattle and feels like a real kettlbell.

I love these kettlebells. For someone just getting into kettlebell training, these are perfect. I love the yellow color. It brings a little pop of color to the gym!

I am getting back into KB training, and I don’t have a bunch of room for multiple bells, so the adjustable is just right. I was originally going to get a single bell, but ended up getting, and am really glad I did. And the yellow really pops. Great experience all around.

Weight change is super easy and can be done in under 90 seconds. Makes it super versatile for home gym use. Handle is a great size and feels great for all movements

I had been working with Kettlebells for about six months prior to purchasing these. Those bells were from Amazon or local stores, and fixed weights. I wanted to reduce the amount of storage space and have consistently-shaped kettlebells for working out. I ordered two of these adjustable kettlebells and they have been fantastic! Consistent shape, I can replace all of my other kettlebells I've had. Also, I ordered the purple color and they look great! Would definitely recommend purchasing these!

Love the handle size, and the versatility to adjust!

I’ve bought lots of BoS equipment over the years and this one is my favourite. Started doing kettlebell workouts over a year ago so I bought the 12-32kg adjustable KB to add to my kit list. Now I mainly do KB training so I picked up a second adjustable bell and they’re all I use in conjunction with my weighted vest. Solid construction, easy to change the weights, and the 0.5 and 1kg plates make progression that much easier. I highly recommend these

I’ve been extremely impressed with these adjustable kettlebells. They’re rock solid, exceptionally well built, and feel like they’ll last a lifetime. The machining and fit are excellent, and there’s no compromise in quality compared to fixed kettlebells.

I chose the adjustable version because I wanted to keep my home gym as minimalistic as possible. Instead of buying an entire rack of fixed kettlebells, these cover everything from 12kg to 32kg in a compact footprint. They’re perfect for both single and double kettlebell workouts, making them incredibly versatile for strength, conditioning, and accessory work.

The weight changes are straightforward, and having two bells means I can perform virtually any double kettlebell exercise without filling my gym with dozens of individual weights. I’m already considering adding a third adjustable kettlebell to leave loaded at 32kg for heavier work while keeping the other two available for quick adjustments.

If you’re building a home gym and want equipment that’s durable, versatile, and saves a ton of space, these are an easy 5-star recommendation.

This is a great product! I have two other kettlebells and I just could not get the clean and press to work on those. I bought this in hopes that the compeition style would provide the additional room in the handle to make my hand fit right. It has worked great! In fact, now that I have learned how to do it properly on this one, I can use the other ones as well. The adjustments are easy enough to change as you need to progressively overload, but not the sort of thing you should plan to adjust on the fly between exercises.

The Bells of Steel adjustable KBs are excellent. I've used others for about 5 years, but this is my first competition style, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They feel so much more inviting and smooth to use. I had a Bowflex adjustable KB before, which was great for beginners, but the improved feel and complete lack of any rattling inside makes these so much more appealing to use. It's not quick to change the weight, but if you can manage 2 or 3 of these bells to set at different weights for different exercises with the plan to adjust their weights in small increments every month or so, they're perfect--all I'll need for the rest of my life.

After owning BoS kettlebells for 10 months, this is my review.
TLDR: Buy two of these kettlebells ASAP but they will not last a lifetime.

With two kettlebells (KB), you can have a light and heavy KB going at the same time. A 50LBS KB for swings, squats, rows; a 40 LBS KB for presses. Changing weights is not fast, having two allows you to simply swap them.

These KBs will not last a lifetime; the build quality isn’t there and isn’t as high as Rough Fitness. The powder coating immediately started chipping around the seam during single KB workouts. It gets worse with double KBs.

The internal plates don’t lock down tight enough, causing small metal shavings inside the KB as the weights rub against the mettle post. You will want to get four large washers from ACE Hardware to better lock down the plates. Even with the washers, you will notice some plate movement during double KBs cleans as the plates rotate.

All said, I would still absolutely get BoS KBs over Titan or Ironmaster. The smaller 1-2 LBS has been helpful for increasing overhead press weights. You can move the weights up and down inside the bell to adjust the center of gravity.

Plan on either working out outside or buying a 0.5-inch rubber floor mat(s). I’m not sure why BoS doesn’t sell professional flooring, but I’d recommend a 6’x4’ or 6’x6’ area.

BoS support is fantastic.

Making adjustments is easy enough and they feel really solid and you cant tell they're adjustable when swinging. I've just gotten into kb training recently and it's been really fun. I love that these come in different colors. I love the blue. 1 star taken off because weight adjustment is slow

Pretty standard BoS adjustable KB. All good functionally but pity it came to me rusted. Was pretty excited about it.
