Machined steel plates and knurled handles give you the contact surfaces of a traditional dumbbell in an adjustable format. Return each dumbbell to its cradle to change the load.

Every option includes two dumbbells and their cradles. The separate floor stand is optional. Set the dumbbells down under control; the adjustment mechanism is not designed for dropping.

NÜOBELL adjustable dumbbells combine machined steel plates with a twist-handle adjustment system. Select the load in the cradle and lift out the weight you need, with 2kg increments across the chosen range.
Choose Your Pair
- 2–20kg per dumbbell: black plates with chrome handles, or black plates with black handles.
- 2–32kg per dumbbell: black plates with chrome handles, black plates with black handles, ash plates with black handles, or green plates with black handles.
Every option is a pair of two adjustable dumbbells. The stated weight range applies to each dumbbell, not the pair combined.
