Chest Expander

First time using a chest expander. I have no basis for comparison but this one is great quality. The handles rotates smoothly and it has very passive knurling which I prefer on this. You can do a surprising amount of exercises with this. Really like using it.

Everyone should own a chest expander, and this is a high quality one. I’ve had it for about a week and I really like the smooth high quality handles and the strong springs. It’s already been a great addition to my at home strength training routine. It has many uses for the upper body, whether you are using it for warmups or as a main piece of equipment. The product shipped out fast and was well protected in its packaging.

It works well and seems better then other options

I don't have to worry about the handles breaking like on the other ones I bought elsewhere.

I first bought a $17 chest expander off amazon and that worked fine, but was cheap quality - I knew I'd continue using one so I bought this more expensive one and I absolutely LOVE using it.

I've gotten great hypertrophy results in my rear delts and traps .

The feeling of this tool is very enjoyable in my body.

I recommend it.

This is a solid apparatus that provides a solid workout. The Bells of Steel customer service is top notch. Keep up the strength.

Better than the chest expanders from years ago , built well and performs great.

Well made and very smooth with the springs

Anyone with a desk job should have one of these to fight forward shoulder posture. Great range of difficulty adjustment by choosing the number of springs to connect. Well made, nice knurling on the handles and the handles spin which help keep reps smooth.

The product is great, but we’re travelling and courier companies don’t deliver to post offices. If we knew that at the start we would not of ordered. After three weeks we drove two hours to Bunbury to pick it up. We may as well have bought one there.

I love the old school type exercises and this one has been built pretty solidly. I would recommend it!

I purchased this chest expander about two months ago. I have never owned such a well made, versatile piece of equipment. It feels heavy duty in your hands and comfortable on your wrists with the metal rotating handles. The pumps have been unreal. I have never worked with a chest expander before, but it’s hard to imagine any on the market being better than bells of steel’s. I talked a couple of my friends into picking one up too for when they’re traveling and can’t access the gym. They both raved about it. Really top notch work from these guys. I can only get to the gym two to three days a week. Thanks to this piece of equipment, I can still work arms from home. It’s so awesome to get a good arm workout in the living room or backyard now that the weather is getting nice. If you’re even considering getting one of these, just do it. American made solid steel that will absolutely blow up your upper body. Thank you so much to the guys at bells of steel, you’re doing awesome work 👍

I purchased one of these on a whim after seeing Alex Leonidas talking about different versions on YouTube.

I remember seeing it on The Goonies thinking it was silly but once I actually used it I like this thing. I use it for curls, tricep extensions, and reverse flies mostly. In time I could probably find other things I should do with it.

I tried to use it around my back and somehow ended up bending one of the springs unfortunately on the first day I had it so I just don't use that one as much in the rotation unless I need them all.

I'm saddened by the warped spring but it may have been my doing somehow over stretching it. Otherwise the only issue I have is when I do curls I don't have a flat space to put my foot on and I end up using the other handle which does dig into my foot a bit. I'm sure I can come up with something that would work well for it

I like the springs, grips, and ease of changing out the springs. What I really dislike is when you exercise your biceps with curls, the back of your wrist gets chewed up. Bells of Steel have wrist protectors for kettle beels, but nothing for the chest expander.

Love to use the chest expander in between sets keeps my shoulders warmed up when I bench press
