I was looking for an attachment that allowed for neutral‑grip pull‑downs. This thing does just that, and the option to attach it to a landmine‑style row as well is a nice plus. The build quality, welds, and powder coating are great, and the steel is nice and heavy. A nice feature is that if you have the BoS cable tower, you can attach it directly to the pulleys, or you can use some carabiners to give it more slack. I definitely recommend this attachment.

This attachment is now nearly a permanent fitting on my REP Ares lat pulldown.
I just leave multiple carabiners attached and move different grips depending on what I'm wanting to do.
Solid as a rock.
Width is just right for wide grip
Would recommend to anyone looking for this sort of attachment

I have a smart gym that sits on the floor it’s the innodigym, I needed a way to evenly use it with my plate slinger in my rack to do lat pulldowns. Hooked this up and it spaced the wires perfectly and allowed it to pull using the electronic weight evenly. Great pick up I can even add extras to it for more options.

I saw early reviews mentioning low quality and sloppy finish but I was impressed at the thickness of the steel and smooth finish. Only drawbacks are the carabiners are annoying to use as they're quite stiff and the powder coat scratches easily.

What's Included and Compatibility

One D-Handle Bar and two carabiners. D-handles, ropes, barbells, weights and machines shown are sold separately. An additional carabiner may be needed for a particular machine setup to reduce twisting. Metal-on-metal contact can mark the powder coating; cosmetic wear is expected.
