I have now bought 2 pairs and love these. The Velcro makes them usi able as a box, jerk blocks, Romanian DL pads, etc. but I also put them on my box for a stand up desk and sawhorses etc - no end to their value.

I’ve also spent less than a regular foam box with more flexibility. If I make them 30” tall I just use a band to make sure they hold together well.

Got a pair when the gyms closed again in my area. I use them for when I do deadlifts. Overall very pleased with them. Good for putting weights on and minimizing volume when I lift. Also good for step ups and for my mother to sit on when she’s doing her exercises. Absolutely recommend this product for other home gym owners and fitness enthusiasts.

I really like the deadlift pads - they take all the punishment we can dish out and they keep asking for more. Used for olympic weights and and either side of the bench. Nosie is at a bare minimum when using the pads. These pads will also protect my investment in Vulcan Alpha plates, making sure they are not damage when we toss the weights. The handle on the deadlift pad is a great add as it makes moving and storing the pads a breeze. The velcro has come in very handy for box jumps, without the velcro I am sure the pads would go flying apart. We use the pads for other exercises beside punishing them with the weights. Russian twists, slamball, reverse sit ups and just to collapse on at the end of the workout.

Great value, well made, good delivery - no issues. Definitely a plus to my workout setup.

They are perfect for absorbing sound and vibration while deadlifting. What's keeping me from giving it a perfect five stars is that I've only had it for 3 weeks and some of the stitching has come loose on the side of one pad without any sort of friction. I'm a bit concerned about how well it will hold up to my heavy deadlifts in the coming months.

Love these crash pads for my home gym. They really do absorb a lot of the weight and sound, and are easy to move around. Only gave 4 stars because the Velcro is already starting to peel on one of the pads and I’ve had them for less than a month. Otherwise I’m really happy I got them and they were reasonably priced.

Reduce Impact During Barbell Training

Bells of Steel Deadlift Pads use dense noise-reducing foam and durable outer covers to help absorb impact during compatible lifting sessions. Sold as a pair, they provide a landing surface beneath each end of a loaded bar.

The 150mm pad height changes the bar's starting and finishing position, so account for it when planning your exercises. Hook-and-loop outer edges support compatible stacked setups, while the carry handles help with moving and storing the pads.

What's Included

Two Deadlift Pads. Barbell, plates and other equipment shown are not included.

Care: do not leave a loaded barbell resting on the pads between sessions; sustained loading can prematurely compress the foam and wear the cover. Noise and vibration reduction depend on the lift, load, floor and surrounding space.
