Inner curves don’t have knurls, wish it did, but it is still very grippable. Knurls are nice and perfect for curls.

As someone new to weight training and building a budget-friendly home gym, I spent a lot of time looking for equipment that balanced value, quality, and clean design. I appreciate simple black-and-white aesthetics, and the Bells of Steel rubber-coated plates and EZ curl bar fit that look well while being budget friendly premier equipment.
The plates are a great value and arrived virtually odor-free, which is a big plus for rubber-coated weights in a home gym. I also like the slightly smaller diameter compared to some Olympic plates. It actually allows me to perform exercises like bent-over rows with the EZ curl bar without the plates hitting my forearms before full retraction.
The EZ curl bar feels very well made. The rotation is smooth, the bar feels solid, and the knurling provides a secure grip without being overly aggressive.
Customer service was also excellent. One plate was lost during shipping and Bells of Steel promptly sent a replacement with no hassle.
Overall, this was a perfect start to my home gym—great value, solid quality, and backed by responsive customer support.

I'm slowly building a home gym to escape the after work crush at my local place and this little beauty has been serving me very well towards those pursuits. Everyone is always fighting for a bench but this puts me one step closer to not having to be in the line too.
It feels very quality and is great in the hands. The BoS guys shipped it with care and I will 100% be coming back for more gear soon!

I bought EZ CURL BAR over a month ago and after using it during a few workouts I can say I’m happy with the quality and design of the bar. Black finish looks cool and knurling size is just perfect. Overall the bar is great for pumping both biceps and triceps. I’m sure it worth every penny.

I looked around for a quality EZ Curl Bar and BOS steel offered the best bang for my buck. Quality is as nice as my Rogue barbell. I love the ribbed sleeves and the black phosphate finish is beautiful. Bar definitely feels high end. The only improvement I would suggest would be to make the grips a little longer. Depending on where I am holding ( for example skull crushers vs bicep curls) I find sometimes the grips could be larger. Overall, an awesome bar and you have an added bonus of BOS customer service which is top notch.

Picked up at Toronto warehouse to save on delivery - very well organized for pickup and item was extremely well packaged to prevent any damage in transport. Black coating gives a nice look, however the trade off is when/if it chips it stands out more (I already have a chip). Overall excellent product and price is still reasonable.

EZ Curl Bar is t very high quality bar! Grip on their bar is one of the best that I have used, and feels great in my hands.
Shipping was fast and came in a well protected box, not like other companies. They really care about the consumer.
I have purchased from them before and they have been my go to supplier since Covid has caused a problem with finding fitness equipment. Keep up the great work Kaevon and the BoS crew.
