I would give this 4.5 stars. The only thing that would make these a five a way to hold it that is less hard on the hands when doing ab rollouts.
I vacilated getting the full size slider because I didn't know if I would get out of it what I expected for the cost. So when the mini came out I jumped on it. I'm glad I did because I found i really don't care for using it as a GHD. I just cant get enough resistance through the strength curve. However the mini still works for me in that regard just not optimally. I also use it for reverse lunges because it sufficiently rolls straight. And of course for rollouts. For the money I am satisfied.
