Lever Arms Rack Attachment

Debated on getting these for almost a year and my only regret is waiting so long. These suit my needs since I have dual Krakens and wanted arms that are easily removed. Only wish is that it would be nice if they had a dial with pin holes so I can set the starting position. Workaround for now is yoga blocks.

I hate leg day. This December, I decided to do something about it and wanted a leg press. They take up too much space. These lever arms plus some 2x6s and hardware makes a decent press and makes leg day suck a little less. I own mostly Titan equipment, but I'm glad I went with BOS. The quality feels a bit nicer and the price was better. Looking forward to expanding my garage gym further

These add so much very to my gym with out taking up space.
Adding machine like exercises for rows, bench and shoulder press.
As well as explosive jammer arm exercises for fight training or any athletic training.
For rows set it up at the bottom of the rack and do single arm rows of the bench wow the stretch and the strength curve making it slightly lighter at the top where you get weaker is perfect.
The weight feels the same through a super long range of motion and hit my back like nothing I’ve done before.
For chest I also set the arms low on the rack and hang them off my pull up bar with hammock straps giving me a multi grip bench with a 5” defect really working the stretch man it light my chest up.
Even more than my arch nemesis bar which is amazing.
But having a chest press at home that takes out bar path and stability so you can focus solely on mind muscle coordination, tempo is a game changer for me.

Added so much to my home gym’s ability with explosive jammer arm movements for fight training as well as strength and hypertrophy exercises.
Single arm rows from the floor gave me a perfect strength curve and an amazing stretch just lit up my back best row variation I’ve ever done.
Hanging them with hammock straps off the pull up bar gave an awesome bench variation with out needing a spotter can just focus on pushing and no worries about pushing to failure.
Pluse I have them set up with a 5-6” defect with the heaviest part in the stretch.
Oh man my chest go lit up real good even more then with the arch nemesis bar which was great as well.
Over head press is another I’ve found too be great.
Only had them for a week I’m sure I’ll find more things I love to do with them as I have more time with them.

I upgraded my cheap-o lever arms to these bad boys. I’m almost embarrassed to have purchase the knock off brand after using these from BOS. Great way to sub machine rows and various chest press movements in my garage gym. I highly recommend these and I use them at least once a week consistently!

There are so many movements lever arms can do, I can see why they are popular. I used to have a huge Body Solid leverage gym and wanted to be able to replicate some of those movements. I'm using these with Bells' All-in-One Trainer with both weight plates and sometimes just connected to the FT pulleys when that works out better. I've modded mine by removing the rack attachment piece and using the piece from Bells' Seal Row Pad Rack Attachment. That did mean I ended up buying three Seal Row Pads, one for its intended use and two for the rack attachment part, but I wanted the ability to set them up in pre-loaded positions. I 3D printed some TPU "donuts" that the side pin goes through (can't see the TPU part in the photo) to keep the lever arms from being metal-on-metal with the pins. It also gives it a slight cushion.

I mostly use these for shoulder press and more upright/inclined press movements, but there are quite a few different things that they do well.

I absolutely love my rack and these lever arms were the main attraction for me. I am thrilled and excited about the gains!

Well built arms ! Had sleeves built to adapt to my squat rack to bolt on . Just a suggestion. The handles move up down r great but if the handles adjusted in and out would be great too.

Attached easy and work great! Can’t wait to get the pull up bar attachment.

Overall good but my weights are sliding from the bars. But that is on me, I should have read the full description and I would have know that special clips are needed. Should have a package where you can buy the clips and the arms. They are on their way now but a little bit deceiving to pay twice for shipping.

I’ll start by saying these are probably the best lever arms for the price because they seem similar to the others on the market that are quite a bit more expensive. My only complaint is that it seems like a lot of torque is placed on them because the weight is loaded on one side of the lever arm and the handle is on the other side which causes a twisting force when the handle is pressed or pulled. So it’s a good thing there is a lifetime warranty. They already lean out of alignment when loaded which has caused them to be scratched up by the end of my first session and they appear to be causing a lot of wear and tear to my rack already. That coupled with the twisting force has me worried how long they will last. I feel like having a weight peg on the front side instead of the lever arm instead of out to the side would help this. Despite all this they are pretty easy to adjust and I’ve been able to do a ton of exercises with them.

These things add so much versatility to workouts. I got some 4 foot chains to add to these which are a game-changer and add way more functionality to these since you are able to change the starting position. I do think that Bells should add something like this as well as their grip lock collars out of the box because the specialty size clamps aren't the easiest to find and adding a collar to these are an absolute necessity to use these with any real weight on them. (I'm still waiting on the grip locks to come in stock before I get them.)

The only thing that makes me subtract a star is the handles. I didn't know how much I would prefer to have that neutral grip in the middle similar to REP/Rogue models. The curvature of these are just slightly too narrow for my hands to use them in the neutral grip super effectively. There was also a little side to side play that I fixed with some FATCAP grip tape. All in all though, the lever arms do everything I would want them to do and are the cheapest I know of on the market. If you have one of their racks, don't hesitate on this one.
