I bought 2 of these for my private training facility. We don't have lots of space for a big bulky deadlifting lifter so these work great. We can easily bring them anywhere in the gym where we need to quickly add our remove plates from a bar that's on the floor. I'd recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to struggle with plates.

A Portable Jack for Plate Changes

The Bells of Steel Meat Hook Deadlift Jack raises one side of a compatible loaded barbell to make adding or removing plates more straightforward. Its wooden body and wide base provide a compact alternative to a full-size jack.

Position the groove under the bar and use the handle to lift the sleeve clear of the floor. At approximately 3.7lb / 1.68kg, it is light enough to move between training areas without taking up much storage space.

Compatibility and care: not suitable for bar shafts wider than 34mm. The wooden groove will develop normal wear over time; inspect the jack and use it on a suitable stable surface.
