Rear Base Stabiliser

Solid design that adds strength and rigidity to my rack. Easy to install. Removes side-to-side movement and makes the entire rack feel solid and secure. A little pricey but a solid recommendation.

As space in a home gym is king. I needed to find a way to store my adjustable dumbbells inside my power rack. Cue the rear stabilizer. I cut it in half with an angle grinder. And mounted it inside the rack. Works perfect at a fraction of the price of actual dumbell shelves lol

Two of these, a crossmember installed vertically…boom, more space and a better dip bar!

The cable towers both have the back uprights and the holes lined up with this stabilizer. Provides super stability and doubles as plate storage.

I HAD a Rogue HR-2 half rack. I swapped in longer Hydra foot pieces so I could more easily bench inside with straps. The rear foot from original rack didn’t have a great place to reinstall, and it would have limited how far in the bench could go. Added this Hydra rear stabilizer instead. It took a little effort to install, including making sure the uprights were the right distance apart. It REALLY firmed up the rear AND front uprights, especially regarding their ability to sway side to side. Like 90% less sway.

I have a four post rack with 24” crossmembers that I use as a half rack. Even withblots of plates stored on the rack, I found my rack (from the Other Imperial 3x3 Brand) had a little more side to side play than I’d like. Enter the BoS rear base stabilizer.

This thing is snug to get on, but once in place, removes any side to side movement on your rack. With 1” holes throughout, it also becomes a great place for storing rack attachments that aren’t in use. That the RBS extends backwards means it doesn’t take up any precious room inside the rack, either. Just wish it came in custom colors to match my white powder coat!

Nice little upgrade to my monster rack.i got it to make the rack rock solid as i do a lot of dips on it.also a great place to store my dip bars.. i also use it to do push ups by placing my handles at whatever width i like and elevate my feet on a bench as well as tricep dips.

Fits on my RM rack, and works perfectly to hold my stab pad.

I purchased this base to extend my Rogue RML-490 rack. Works perfect. I get just that extra depth for my bench set up/squats. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep stabilization and pick up some extra room within the rack.

I'll start by saying that i love my Hydra rack. It's tough, and I'm not worried about how much weight it can handle. That said, my flooring is uneven and sucks. Having this stabilizer makes an already great rack more stable, given my circumstances. I especially appreciate that I can add plate pegs for my fractional weights.

I added this to my set up after purchasing a BOS lat pulldown/low row rack attachment off FB Marketplace. Adds significant stability and works as advertised.

Seamless addition to my 4 post Rogue Monster Rack (with 1 inch holes). Quality piece, does exactly what it says - stabilizes your rack both side to side and front to back. The shape of the stabilizer gives you space to stand and unrack your barbell for squats and slide your bench right into place for bench press.

I bought this to try and widen my REP rack. Unfortunately, it wont work with my LAT pulldown stack. The construction is solid, the finish is good, and the package and shipping were well done.

It would be great if there were holes along the angled pieces to allow weight storage. I ended up drilling my own, but from factory would be a great touch. Otherwise, it does what it should!
