Roller J-Cups (Pair)

Helps so much with bench positioning. Unfortunately my rack (Forceusa Myrack) are not true 5/8ths pin hole size, so these roller j cups did not fit without some drilling.

But once in place, so well worth it.

I have a Rogue Monster rack. Wanted to upgrade my standard Rogue J cups to something nicer without breaking the bank. Rogue’s Ghost rollers are too expensive for my budget and I don’t trust Titan’s quality. These hit the sweet spot. The quality is perfect, they aren’t overly heavy, the rollers work great, the protective padding feels solid, and the magnetic pins are the cherry on top. First B.O.S. product. I’ll definitely check out more of your guys’ stuff in the future.

One of the best purchase. I always lift heavy and aways wanted a perfect middle alignment of the bar. i can easily move the bar with over 300 pounds of weight on it.

I did my research. These roller j cups are great value while not compromising quality. I wish that they some kind of pin like 1 inch ones so they don’t move at all. Ones for 5/8 holes don’t have the safety pin.

Simple, effective design at a good price point. They work as they should. Not much else to say!

The J-Cups are amazing. The bar is easily adjustable because of the rolling pins. I 100% recommend this Product. The only issue I have is the rear locking pin hole doesn’t match my cage holes.. Unfortunately I can’t use them. Other than that overall amazing product.

They do exactly what they’re meant to do. I’m so happy I bought them, and they didn’t cost the same price as my entire squat rack.

Needed or more so wanted, roller j hooks for my titan X2 rack. These are close in size that I took a gamble and bought them. Not disappointed at all. These seem really durable. The rollers are very smooth. They make centering the bar so much easier now. I mostly use a 32 mm rogue squat bar and anything over 225 the bar would not shift to either side very easily. They save time and most importantly energy when re-centering the bar. At 300+, I would have to pick the bar up and shift it over on the stock j hooks, NOT ANYMORE. These make life so much simpler. Roller j hooks should just come stock with all racks from everyone. SO to get these to fit the X2 rack, I used a 2 part epoxy and glued - 1/8" thick UHMW plastic on the insides of the j hooks. Its not the prettiest looking but I was short on time and I don't care about how they look on the inside...I have attached photos for a reference.

On a side note, B.O.S. contacted me before they shipped this out as to as ask if these will fit my rack cause there was no record of me owning a B.O.S. rack. thought it was strange but ok. Delayed shipping by about 2 days just to confirm these would fit. I knew the pin would fit an just had to do some math on the plastic inserts.

Can't get this anywhere else let alone for the price. Great quality, use it on my lever arms to simulate a assisted lifted off without a partner in benching. Only suggestion is to add uhmw plastic. Great company to buy from

I think it's unreal that these come standard with the light commercial rack. They're so useful for adjusting the bar position before a big bench.
My only complaint is that I don't understand why they don't have UHMW coating like the regular J-cups. It's an easy DIY fix though, so they're still well worth picking up if you don't have any. I bought a cheap sheet of 1/8" UHMW off amazon, cut a few strips and used 2 sided gorilla tape to cover all the metal spots and protect the knurling on my beautiful Bells of Steel cerakote power bar :)

So glad I ordered these for our Bells of Steel squat stand. Makes setting up much easier and are very reasonably priced compared to others on the market. Happy customer.

Confirmed rear locking pin. A lot beefer than what I expected. Rollers spin nicely, but these are brand new, I don't know how long these will hold up. The rear locking pin is a huge plus, and I hope these are on sale separately. The pin is on there real tight and I could not hand loosen them. They also came in dined up.....which was sad. I gave this a 4 stars cause I wished it had the UHMW on top and front of the roller, in case I hit the front of the rollers while racking. Also, if it had some bracing on the sides, it probably hold 1K in weight (BOS confirmed these are like the Hydras, 600 lb limit). I don't lift that, but it probably would last a lot longer.

Overall these are probably going to be the best entry level rollers j-cups on the market. I'm happy I got them and differently would recommend. I hope your locking pins aren't dined up like mines.

Was looking for a pair of J Cup Rollers to fit my rack. Found these ones and was pretty surprised at the cheap price. Got them in and they fit perfect and roll well. Does what they’re supposed to. My only gripe would be the welding isn’t great, as on one of the pins there is a clear separation in the back. Hopefully this doesn’t affect the structural integrity of that side over time. Overall works great so far!

Pros: They roll smoothly and make your life easier with pressing movements.
Cons: no nylon or uhmw on the inside (will scuff up your rack over time) or above the roller (will mess up your knurling when you re rack and the powder coat on my rollers is already getting trashed after just a couple months of use).
Overall I love having rollers, they are sturdy and convenient. And I don’t REALLY need knurling where the knurling is getting trashed (and hey they did come with the rack so the price is right!). But a little lining would be nice to help me keep my equipment in good shape.
