"Judge not, lest ye be judged"
I know some folks dread the Dreadmill and others like myself thrive on challenge and the BOS Dreadmill delivers that in spades,

A versatile piece of equipment for any home gym but I purchased it specifically for Farmers Walks, sled cardio-conditioning and walking backwards as where we live on the Chilcotin plateau winter rolls around in October and lasts til April and I wanted something to compliment not only my wife's and my training but that of my clients,

The Dreadmill ticks those boxes and allows year round training of the aforementioned protocols regardless of the weather; it was a must have piece of equipment when I designed our basement gym,

Thanks to the team at BOS for helping make it happen!

~kindest regards,

We have been using The Dreadmill for the last couple months. It has been a really nice addition to our gym. The assembly process was simple, and the operation of the machine is easy. My only complaint is that I wish there was a little more resistance when I am mimicking a sled push. When I put my shoulders into the pad, even at the "hardest" level, I can literally run in place. I suppose it's a really good workout to use it in this mode; however, I would have liked to really push and grind it out while using it as a sled. Other than that, I've really enjoyed using it.

The top S&C coaches recommend sled work push/pulls and farmers walks. If you don't have the space or the desire to wreck your property but you want to push your athleticism up a level then grab the dreadmill. It's also amazing for athletes with knee pain as you can walk backwards with resistance. Grueling way to really finish a leg day for bodybuilders.

However what i love about this the most is the booty gainz my wife made on this beast, Bells of Steel nah Buns of Steel.

My experience with Bells of Steel has been extremely positive. Their customer service was fantastic - some of the best I have ever experienced with a company.
The Dreadmill itself appears to be a solid piece of equipment. My review is based on my personal experience of a woman nearing 60 who is no athlete but in reasonable shape. It arrived well packaged and in many parts, but this made getting it to its basement location easier. The deck is heavier than anticipated - a good thing - but I had to enlist the help to carry it. I put it together 95% on my own in a couple hours. It's not too hard to assemble, but again, many parts to connect. Watching rhe youtube instruction video was very helpful! Getting the deck installed took a second pair of hands. This is my first manual incline treadmill so it took some getting used to but it is a very good work out. I needed something to build strength. I primarily walk and I find it great for this - more muscles are being engaged than on my previous electric treadmill and it is more similar to walking outside and hiking. I can also walk backwards on an incline and do sled push. I doubt it is good for running. I mostly use dumbbells for weights so it's yet to seen if I will use the added handles much. All said, for the price and what I was looking for, this is a winner so far.

Have been using the Dreadmill every day since receiving it. My gym partners love it as well. Well built, smooth and silent; it is a new favourite piece of equipment. It is so nice to have an indoor piece of equipment that allows long distance farmer’s walks and sled work, especially as the seasons change into winter months. Good work BoS!

I've had the Dreadmill for about a month now and it is one of the best pieces of cardio equipment I have ever used. Great to mimic sled sprints, steady state along with the farmers carry functionality. The ability to vary resistance and incline gives tons of versatility. Overall very pleased with this piece of equipment.

Had an issue with one of the parts not being threaded properly during assembly. BoS shipped out a replacement part immediately. Top notch support 👌.

High Quality Materials however 4 stars because no adjustable handles for people with shorter arms and worst feature is the resistance levels could be stronger at the top end. Hopefully one day an adpater can be made to allow for more magnetic resistance to be applied

That said this machine is perfect for youth/scholastic athletes and average adults

Not recommended for elite athletes or comeptitive above average fitness adults

I can work out my frustration by my desk. Would be ideal if it had a bit more resistance. With a lot of weight on the arms and a steep incline, bodyweight moves the belt without feeling much resistance. But, way cooler than a treadmill and happy with the purchase
