How is a power bar different from a general Olympic bar?

These power bars use stiff 29mm shafts and centre knurling for training around squats, bench presses and deadlifts. Compare the knurl, sleeve movement and finish with the lifting you plan to do.

Which finish should I choose?

The BlackBear bar has a black shaft and hard-chrome sleeves. The Bells of Steel bar offers Barenaked and Black Cerakote options. Bare steel develops a patina and needs regular cleaning, drying and light oiling. Current finish availability is shown above.

Are plates and collars included?

No. Each listing is for one barbell. Plates, collars and other equipment shown are sold separately. Check the selected product specifications and ask us if you need help confirming fit.
