This Air-Bike is the perfect cardio machine for your goals; whether you're doing a HIIT workout, interval training, injury rehab, or warming-up or cooling down, there is nothing this bike can't cater for.

The Air-Bike has a fan attached to a flywheel, which uses air resistance to scale the intensity of the workout - the harder and faster you peddle, the higher the resistance and the harder the workout will be. No messing about with knobs and gears for different levels of resistance; if you want a less intense workout, simply cycle slower for less resistance.

The Bike uses a part-chain and part-band drivetrain for easy maintenance and smooth cycling.

It has a high quality LCD screen for tracking your workouts in real time*, and preset interval training routines. You can also create your own interval training routines by using the custom interval button!

The bike has 2 castor wheels at the front, a handle at the rear, a water bottle holder, and the seat is fully adjustable and has 10 height levels, and has 4 front/back levels
