Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered the next working day.

Do you dispatch orders on weekends?
Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri only. Orders placed over the weekend will leave us the next working day.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all of our products come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. Many commercial pieces offer lifetime warranty but will specify this individually.

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper use or handling.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What information do I need to provide?

How long does the warranty process take?

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item meets our return conditions.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
All items must be returned in a perfect, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Who covers the cost of returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be sent back to our HQ address.
