2.5kg Technique Bar

These Olympic 2.5kg Technique bars are highly recommended for youths or beginners wanting to practise weight lifting movements and focus on building correct form.

The bar is 124cm long and suitable for any 2" Olympic plates. There is 10cm length on the sleeves to add weights.

The shaft has a comfortable knurl and is aluminium coated.

The new 7.5KG Pink Aluminium Technique Olympic 6 Foot Barbell is ideal for perfecting form and improving technique. Due to the shorter length and lighter size, the bar is also suitable for junior lifters, looking to get into light weight training. 

The barbell has been engineered with Bushings for additional strength in the collars, while also offering a good spin when performing Olympic lifts. 

Suitable for all weight plates with an Olympic 50mm / 2" hole diameter.

10kg Technique Bar -

 

The only 10KG Technique Olympic Barbell you'll ever need, is ideal for perfecting form and improving technique. The bar has been engineered with 4 precision bearings for a smooth rotation, vital when performing Olympic style lifts. 25mm handle diameter for a secure grip, ideal for those with smaller hands.

The bar has a total length of 1700mm / 5.6 foot.

With a 1310mm shaft length, the bar can be mounted on your rack, while also offering the ability to use a wide grip, as you would with a 7 foot Olympic bar.

Hard chrome sleeves, with light knurling to improve grip when securing weights on the bar. Dual knurl marks on the shaft for Olympic lifting. 

The barbell has a maximum load capacity of 450KG (1000LB) resulting in superior longevity and bend resistance.
