Battle Ropes (9/12/15m)

Our Battle Ropes are a great piece of kit that anyone can use. 

Battle Ropes can introduce new movements, such as slam, wave, or whip, into your workout, and trains muscles in new ways you wouldn't usually. They also provide a great cardio burn whilst strengthening and toning muscle, and are generally pretty fun to use!

Made from high quality, durable nylon rope, our Battle Ropes won't start to tear or fray, and will keep up with the pace you put them through.

The anchor is an iron plate with a hoop designed to have your rope fed through, giving your rope swings etc a stable and secure footing whilst you're trying to keep your lungs in your chest ;) 

Simply fasten it to the wall with some bolts/raw plugs or even fasten it to some racks (dependant on hole sizings)
