The Bells of Steel Open Trap Bar combines an open-ended frame with two neutral-grip handle heights for deadlifts, rows, lunges and loaded carries. The open side gives you room to move through exercises that are less practical inside a closed hex bar.
Integrated loading feet act as a built-in deadlift jack: tilt the bar onto its feet to raise the sleeves for plate changes. Fully knurled 25mm handles provide a consistent contact surface, while the high and low positions let you choose a different starting height.
The bar uses Olympic-compatible sleeves with bushings and snap rings. Its black oxide frame and white zinc sleeves provide contrasting finishes, with 247mm of loadable sleeve length per side.
One Open Trap Bar / Hex Bar. Weight plates, collars and other equipment shown in the gallery are not included.
