Great piece of equipment for the garage gym! Shipped really fast and assembly was a breeze. I did check out youtube assembly vids first just so things would go smooth. Good quality and excited to expand the garage gym. I do wish it was a few inches taller, my squat rack was 86” and i liked that height for pullups. Dont forget to bolt the front feet further apart if you’ll be squatting.

They work perfect for the space I had, and multiple functionality and purpose. When I was installing them, I wish there was a reminder or installation option that mentioned to widen the base of the two towers. Now I need to do it after the fact (for squats with a wider stance, more floor space between the towers). But I love the system!

Just like the commercial gym but better with the 1:1 ratio it’s the true weight and I wanna go heavy I can with ease or if I need lighter weights I have that option, As you can I got creative with my set up instead of bolting to the wall or ground I mounted these to my Titan Power Rack 80 inch which you can also do with bells of steel power racks and many others. I have low ceilings 7ft so this fit well in my basement gym. I can’t wait to attach some jammer arms next so I can replicate gym equipment from commercial gym. Over all 9 out of 10 only because there are no numbers on post I sometimes have to guess but using marker to mark numbers is easy workout and worth compromising.

Very happy with this setup in my basement. I have limited space and wanted to maximize the amount of exercises I can do within a minimal footprint. First off, the packaging was fantastic and I was really impressed with the care BoS put in to planning the boxes and protecting the individual pieces.

Watch the assembly video on YouTube because the provided instructions aren't great. I put the base and uprights on and then carefully planned out the placement of the stands so I could still use the pullup bar by making use of the joist space. I was not able to use the supplied mounting brackets, so I bought four 1/2" by 8" lag bolts and mounted the whole thing using the back upright. I was concerned that this setup would be wobbly compared to a proper squat rack, but I tested it by loading up 315lbs and racking/un-racking it several times and this thing feels as solid as the commercial rack at my gym. The uprights are 14ga steel, so I don't think you'd want to repeatedly be dropping heavy loads on the spotter arms; they'd probably catch the weight, but you'd risk damaging the holes. So, this isn't for you if you like doing rack pulls etc. The 43" spacing between uprights is excellent and a bit wider than most all-in-one systems.

The cable machines themselves feel excellent and solid; way smoother than the dated machine I was using at the gym. I bought 4 swivel snap shackles to replace the basic provided carabiners in hopes that it prevents the cable twisting issue these types of machines are known for. I am 6'1" and the height and spacing is just fine; I plan to add a leg roller and foot supports so I can do lat pulldowns and rows on the floor since I can't get full ROM when on a bench.

With this setup and a pair of adjustable dumbbells I can do 90% of the bodybuilding programs I have been running at the gym. The only thing I'll need to figure out is leg extensions/curls, but thanks to how much space this is saving me I can buy a standalone unit.

It took longer than expected to clear my garage to make room for this set up and during that time I've watched probably every video on these multiple times. I was beginning to regret going with the plate loaded over the weight stack to save some money, but after getting them up and running and trying them out a bit, I'm really happy with the plate loaded. The videos and online pictures don't do them justice, these are beefy and super solid. I also didn't upgrade the pulleys to the aluminum as I wanted to try it out how it comes first, and I'm glad i waited because this thing is super smooth as is. My only complaint is that they weren't sitting completely flat but i image that's probably more a problem with my floor than these towers. A couple thin pieces of plywood under the feet fixed that for now, although I'd like to find a better looking solution (I'm open to any suggestions). Overall super happy with these and would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this cable rack and bells of steel in general. Perfect for tight spaces and low ceilings. They even sold me discounted surplus parts so I could build myself a high pulley. Setup note: make sure you check that the left and right front towers are rotated so the holes align horizontally.

I've had my plate loaded cable tower squat stand for about a month now and I have loved it. Super versatile for my small space for both a squat rack and cable machine. Definitely recommended if space is an issue. Assembly wasn't too bad with the instructions and Youtube video. Built a platform and bolted it to it and it's very sturdy.

With limited area and headroom in the basement, I couldn't find any rack (full, half, stand) that wouldn't take up a large area once a lat pull option was added or would even fit height wise. Luckily came across this before it was released and eagerly waited to order it as soon as it was available. This thing is awesome and allows me to do any cable or free weight exercise I can think of or ever need to do. Quality of the machine is great and better than expected. Weight stacks are a really nice option and make the whole rack quite stable without it being anchored to the wall. Cables and pulleys are nice and smooth. Ordered it with the utility bar, dip attachment, spotter arms, hanging ab straps, and leg roller attachment which all work perfect with the stand. If installing the stand close to a wall, the plate pegs can really only hold 2.5lb plates on the back upright as the weight stacks will hit anything larger. I bolted some plate pegs to the bottom feet which work well for storing all the plates larger than 2.5lbs. The extra weight also makes the stand more stable. A lat pulldown seat or leg hold down for the front upright, and a foot plate for rows would be great future attachments. Ordered a second pull-up bar to use as a leg hold down for doing pulls in the middle of the rack. Numbered uprights would be really nice feature too. There really isn't anything bad to say about this thing. It is just a really well designed/made piece of equipment, and with it basically being a functional trainer with the squat stand built in and rack attachments available, it was just a no brainer to purchase.

We bought most attachments that you have to go with the power rack, and think they are great…. Nowwwww I just need you to create a leg press attachment for the lever arms!!! That would be perfection

This piece of equipment is amazing because I know I can build on to this piece. The cables are smooth and the options for different exercises I am able to do are endless.
