The Commercial FID (Flat - Incline -Decline) is a multi-purpose bench that sets new standards in terms of quality and price compared to other benches in the market. It is a full commercial grade bench which can hold 700kg in weight.

7 positions to choose from ( -20 (decline), 0 (flat), 20, 35, 50, 65, and 85 degrees) which allow for multi exercises including sit ups. The bench is made from heavy duty 2 x 3" steel tubing which makes it very stable.

The 5cm/2" thick cushion padding gives you a firm and comfortable feel and the vinyl upholstery ensures durability.

Wheels and handle are attached to allow easy transportation and movement.
