EZ Curl - Premium
A great feature to our curl bars is that the shaft is thicker than most on the market. We have a 30mm thick shaft with knurl for a better feel and grip. It also weighs 10kg compared to lighter versions.
The angles in the bar allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists.
The EZ curl bar achieves this by putting your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard Olympic bars. I can't stress how much more comfortable it feels curling in this position.
This all black EZ bar has an Ionised coating to protect the bar and offer a great grip.
Weighs 10kg and the length is 122cm.

Our chrome 4 Foot EZ Curl Bar offers superior muscle isolation when curling, with uniform and comfortable knurling for better grip.
The Curl Bar has smooth rotating sleeves, reducing torque during fast movements and making it safer for the wrist, forearm, and elbow.
2 x Olympic Spring Collars are included with the Bar.
