Aluminium Quick Release Barbell Collars

These collars fit 50mm (2-inch) Olympic barbell sleeves. They are not designed for 25mm or 28mm standard bars.

Yes. Each set contains two matching collars in your selected colour. The barbell and plates are not included.

Open the lever, slide the collar onto the sleeve against your loaded plates, then close the lever. Check both collars are secure before lifting.

How much is shipping?
Standard UK delivery is free. Special or urgent delivery services are quoted separately and must be agreed before dispatch. For delivery to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands or overseas, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and any additional cost.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day, Monday–Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

When will I receive my order?
Parcel deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed next-day service. Larger orders and pallet deliveries may take longer; we will confirm the arrangements.

Which couriers do you use?
We use tracked UK delivery services, including DX and Palletways, depending on the equipment and delivery requirements.

Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Orders with several products may arrive in separate boxes or deliveries.

How are large or heavy items delivered?
Large machines, racks and gym packages may arrive on a pallet. Unless installation or another service has been agreed separately, pallet deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible delivery point. Please ensure there is suitable access.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions to rearrange delivery.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all of our products come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. Many commercial pieces offer lifetime warranty but will specify this individually.

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper use or handling.

How do I make a warranty claim?
If you need to make a claim, simply email us at sales@blackbearfitness.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

What information do I need to provide?
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or videos where possible to help us assess the issue quickly.

How long does the warranty process take?
We aim to review all warranty claims as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.

What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning equipment. Our Returns page explains the full conditions and arrangements.

What condition must a change-of-mind return be in?
Eligible online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Our additional 30-day returns promise requires products returned after that initial period to be unused, unassembled, complete and in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Who covers the cost of returns?
Customers pay the direct return cost for change-of-mind returns. BlackBear covers reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Heavy equipment may require a pallet collection arranged with our team.

Where do I send my return?

Will I be refunded the original delivery cost?
Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. For an upgraded or express service, any required refund is limited to the equivalent standard delivery charge.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved returns are inspected before refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and within the applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos or a short video. Keep the item and its packaging while we investigate. We will arrange the appropriate resolution, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
