Take your training to a whole another level with the BlackBear barbell chains.
As you lift, the weight of the chain progressively increases as more and more chain links lift off the floor. The weight you are lifting progressively becomes heavier, providing maximum muscular stimulation throughout the entire range of motion.
Simply load them onto the barbell sleeves and use the L screw to lock on, similar to a barbell collar.
The links of the chains are welded for extra durability.
