The Open Hex Trap Bar is great speciality bar to allow for a wide range of exercises such as single leg squats, lunges and carries. Not just smoother deadlifts.
The open aspect enables the user to perform various exercises that would be all but impossible using a standard hex bar and or standard Olympic barbell.
The built in bar jack enables the bar to stand up to make it easy loading and removing weight plates. Also makes storing the hex bar much more effecient.
The sleeves are rotating for smooth transitions when lifting.
