The Tib Bar is designed to strengthen the tibialis Anterior. This area of the leg can often be neglected through other exercises, helping bring a more uniform strength to all muscles, as well as a reducing the risk of injury. Training the your tib will improve performance in squats, jumping as well as running.
This product comes with a single quick release collar to secure the weights firmly on the sleeve.
The sleeve is a hard chrome finish which prevents scratching and general wear and tear from sliding on plates when compared to an all powder coated option.
The sleeve is 2" (50mm) and will work with all Olympic plates and collars.
