The Technique Weight Plates have an outer diameter of 450mm, same as regular bumper plates and are used for beginners to practice and develop technique when lifting.
Solid plates that do not bend. Made from hollow plastic with very low noise when dropped.
Able to be used with other bumpers if required, a great tool to assist with training!
