The offset weight loading sleeve, with the use of a ball and socket joint means the strength curve is more vertical, meaning you feel a more constant tension in the exercise you are performing. Very high end material used, full on 75mm steel just like all our other Apex commercial pieces of kit! 

3 Different starting points for the weight loading pin means you can absolutely dial in exactly how and where you want this workout to feel, on either leg extensions or leg curls.
