Give your arm sessions a dedicated setup with the BlackBear Fitness EZ Curl Barbell Package. You get an 8kg chrome EZ curl bar, four black Olympic weight plates and a pair of premium magnetic collars, bringing your bar and plate weight to 15.5kg before collars.
Load up for curls, move into tricep work and keep your training focused. With two pairs of change plates included, you can adjust the weight to suit the exercise rather than use the same load for every set.
Why It Works
The angled EZ curl bar gives you an alternative to a straight-bar grip for curls and tricep exercises. Its 28mm handle features soft, multi-location knurling, while the hard chrome finish covers both the shaft and sleeves. Four bearings allow the sleeves to rotate as you move through each rep.
The 50mm sleeves take 2-inch Olympic plates, so you can build on the included weights as your training progresses. The bar has a maximum load rating of 300kg.
