The cable machine has a dual 70kg lift stack. Cables are ultra high grade to give a very smooth and silent motion. Featuring the very highest quality aluminium cable pulleys and cables.

Top Pulleys and Low Row Pulleys are 1:1 Ratio, meaning you're getting the full stack weight at the grip. 

The DAP cables on the side are 2:1 Ratio, meaning you can get a smaller plate jump for more isolation type training.
