It may not be fully commercial, but it's perfect for PT studios, home gyms or small facilities!
2" Olympic Loading storage poles for your plates. We've added a floor plate to stand on so you can carry out much heavier bicep curls without the machine moving!
If you sit neutral on the machine you'll target your triceps, however if you lean forward it essentially mimics a perfect dip form, therefore working your upper pecs too which are often neglected.
